The Rim Area Neighborhood is home to enthusiastic newcomers and families who have lived here for generations. El Paso Inc. recently featured one of our neighbors, Jonathan "J.W."Rogers III, reminiscing about growing up with mountains and an arroyo for his backyard.

Rogers, is the grandson of the late Jonathan Rogers, a former El Paso mayor and founder of WestStar Bank. J.W. is a graduate of El Paso High School and Oklahoma State University. He returned to El Paso in 2015 as an entrepreneur.
